After
reading this article thoroughly, I fully understand why companies would go
around Facebook looking for candidates. However, I do believe there would be
some kind of backlash from doing something like this. Facebook is one of the,
if not the largest, social media websites. This allows employers to not only
get to learn more about their potential employees but to find the kind of
people they network to get a good assumption about who they want. Personally it’s
a tactic that I think would upset a lot of people.
